true fact: (and also not a lie) lucille jones kramer is my grandma that was part of the church explosion who sadly passed away on september 27 2014... she didn't talk about the explosion that often when she was alive when i was around her. and i am really glad that she survive the explosion, because if she didn't... i won't be here typing this really... i don't know what else to type here really but i am going to end it with this: grandma, i really miss you. you were the best grandma that i've ever had and i really, really miss you... and i hope i see you and grandpa again.

@Jewel Clark Most likely it was a drug dealer named Jose Rodriguez, Jr. The lawyer that Cindy worked for had represented him and ended up in prison on drug charges himself. A lot of shady things were going on in that office. It's likely that Cindy stumbled onto something she wasn't supposed to or learned too much and was killed. Cindy’s cased is unsolved. n November 1995, a federal grand jury handed down a twenty-five count indictment of nine individuals and charged them with involvement in a large drug distribution ring in Toledo. Two of those indicted were Cindy's employer, Richard Neller, and his friend. Jose Rodriguez, Jr.. Rodriguez was allegedly the ringleader of the drug ring that Neller was also involved in. That same month, police announced that they believed that Cindy had been killed by Neller because she overheard conversations between him and Rodriguez about their operation.
@gb31133 жыл бұрын
Results: Unresolved. The person who wrote the message has since been identified and is not believed to have any connection with the case. Jose Rodriguez Jr. is a suspect in the case and was one of the nine people indicted on the drug charges. He had connections to Cindy's office; in fact, her employer, Richard Neller, had previously represented him. In 1995, while he was on trial for the drug charges, a witness testified that he had confessed to killing her. He allegedly did so to "send a message" to Neller because he did not adequately represent him at his previous trial. However, police could not confirm this confession and her case still remains officially unsolved. Both Neller and Rodriguez are currently serving prison sentences for drug trafficking and remain suspects in it. Cindy's father has since passed away in 2008. Her mother passed away in 1982, prior to the broadcast

@gb31133 жыл бұрын
The owners of the land were Frank Casteel and his wife, Susie. When Frank noticed more and more people intruding on his land he consulted a police officer who advised him to keep a logbook of everyone he witnessed. Frank had a run in with the three men and wrote it down, though never mentioned anything of murder. The men were later found dead and Casteel was a prime suspect. At the time Frank had a mistress, Mrs. Marie Hill, to whom Casteel’s wife sent his logbook in hopes that Mrs. Hill would leave him.[1] Mrs. Hill turned in the logbook to the police for evidence. Although there was no mention of violent behavior in the book and no physical evidence to support Casteel’s conviction, he was sentenced to life in prison. An appeal was made and eventually given an opportunity to overturn Casteel’s conviction in 2001.[2] The attorneys said there was no hard evidence that clearly identifies Casteel as the murderer.[3] In 2003 Frank Casteel was found guilty again for the triple homicide and returned to prison.[4]. Casteel died in prison in May 2019 at the age of 71.

You have a choir where the director was adamant about punctuality, and for years no one was hardly ever late... and then this ONE evening each one of the choir members were late because of a different thing -- homework, cars not starting, laziness to go out in the cold, ironing a dress, a nap that lasted too long -- and that's the night the church exploded... my own spiritual beliefs aside, how can ALL of that just be a coincidence? Not just one or two members of the choir, but ALL of them? I can't believe there wasn't something "more" going on here.

On October 6, 1993, Power turned herself in, claiming a combination of crushing guilt and her exposure on Unsolved Mysteries would cause people to hunt her. She had been living in Lebanon, Oregon, under the assumed name "Alice Metzinger". She pleaded guilty to armed robbery and manslaughter and was given an eight-to-ten year sentence. She was released from prison in 1999 and is currently on probation. In 2011, William Gilday died in prison.
