Red flags were going off for me just by the way the Noe family spoke of her. A beloved mother and wife, missing and presumed dead, and they complain about her "bitching and moaning" when she's been deliberately kept away from her own son. Of course she's going to have a thing or two to say about it. It all comes down to ableism. It was ultimately about her multiple sclerosis and how the Noe family deemed her an unfit mother because of it. Her own ex husband's comment of "I decided that instead of caring for two children I should raise *my* son on my own" says everything I need to know about him. It's sad how many men don't understand the "in sickness and in health" bit of their vows. And I say men because men are 6x more likely to leave a chronically ill spouse than women.

The case of Wendy, Cynthia and Renee always stood out in my mind; when their bodies were found, I was not the the least bit surprised that they were found on the Noe family's property. Nothing about their accounts of that day added up and even when I was a kid, I thought Ida seemed really heartless and mean.

@@louistournas120 Even in Ida's interview, when she claimed that they had nothing to do with the disappearance, she said "I don't care whether they know it or not or believe it"; the way she said it, it was clear that SHE didn't care about what happened to them. Even if they hadn't been responsible for what happened, it seems pretty harsh, especially considering one of the victims was a child.

@jarvisjones4498 Жыл бұрын
@Josh Kolbo the man who killed her was infamous new York serial killer joey rifkin. Rifkin resembles the police composite of su ya Kim killer in appearance plus rifkin was active around the time su ya was murdered in 1991. And the police stated that the killer must have lived in,or around the area where her body was dumped in that Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn dumpster and considering that rifkin lived in east meadow new York, which was only 45 miles and 49 mins from the dumpster where su ya Kim body was founded. He killed her and what's not a coincidence is that he dumped most of his known victims bodies in the same section of Brooklyn new York where su ya body was dumped all which was only mins away from each other. Plus the Kim's two stores the one in long island and the one in Bushwick Brooklyn neighborhood both businesses was located closely to where joey rifkin plus considering that rifkin dumped most of his known victims in the Brooklyn area and the Kim's second store was in Bushwick Brooklyn area it's compelling alone how he was dropping his known victims bodies not even 20 mins from the Kim's second store in which he could have first layed eyes on su ya at that location of the Kim's second store in Bushwick Brooklyn since he covered the area of Brooklyn precisely dumping at least six bodies around the time su ya was killed in 91. And lastly is the reason I believe he killed su ya is for the fact he ended up killing a woman by the name Yun Lee five months after the su ya Kim murder only about one mile apart the spots where both they bodies was founded plus both of them su ya and Yun Lee was of Korean nationality and round the same age when they both was murdered in 1991. All this here what I have came across was enough to at least put joey rifkin under questioning review regarding the su ya Kim murder if they didn't have enough evidence to file a criminal complaint regarding this crime,at least this information here placing him not far from su ya home two stores, and the dumpster where her body was founded is enough for a thorough investigation into rifkin because I do believe he killed her he have admitted to Brooklyn being his main dump site so this should have been told ppl that he committed this murder.

The justice system needs an overhaul. This woman violently killed 3 people and only got 30 years (with 15 suspended) while others get 25 to life or in the case of the 3 strikes rule, life in prison, for non-violent offenses like marijuana. I have never taken drugs or alcohol but the unfairness of it all is disgustingly palpable.
@MaximusWolfe11 ай бұрын
Amen. There is no justice system. There is a two tiered system overwhelmingly compromised by legalese and absolute nonsense. I nearly went to prison for five years for aggravated assault, because 14 people attacked me and my friend and the 14 people ended up with lacerations, ligament damage, and other bodily harm while we ended up with a few scratches. The 14 were never charged with anything. The police ignored every witness that came up and said that we were the ones being attacked by these 14 people, just because we were the ones that came out relatively unscathed. At least 8 people told this to the cops. All of the 14 people who attacked us showed up in court and lied through their teeth about what happened. Had it not been for the last minute introduction of a cell phone call by one of the witnesses my first child probably would’ve been born while I was inside a prison cell. None of this had to happen. If the police had been marginally competent enough to actually talk to the people who saw the event, it wouldn’t have happened. If the judge had been discerning enough to thrown it all out before even hearing anything else on the basis of all evidence available it would’ve never happened. I’m not comparing my case to this one. I’m just saying that there’s so many aspects of the so-called justice system that make absolutely no sense or are completely broken and irredeemably stupid. Way too much can go wrong and it’s way too easy for the shitty people to exploit those loopholes. Mind you, despite the fact that every single person who testified against me was shown beyond all reasonable doubt to have lied about everything that happened, not one of them was charged with a crime for perjury or made to pay my legal fees, which almost put us out on the street. And the cops that utterly botched the scene, who ignored every stipulation of procedure, weren’t even reprimanded for allowing the true assailants to go free or putting my family through 6 months of sheer hell. Everything just went back to normal. Nothing to see here.

Depending on the individual's character and personality and who they surround them self with later in life, they may or may not be able to escape the claws of manipulation + brainwashing. You are spot on. As an investigator, they taught us a tell tale sign that something is up is when people do something out the ordinary. "I wont help you, you cant see the kids " to "yeah come on over and see the kids, heck Ill even come with you" BAD SIGN. FBI Profiler John Douglas said his partner had a horrible marriage with his wife fighting all the time, etc. Then one day she cooks him breakfast? John was like "Dude, your wife is going to kill you" Sure enough she shot him! He survived tho. But anyway - be VERY suspicious when people change. The Wendy Camp's story always stood out for me, I remember every now and then I was looking for updates in the story and I wasn't shocked when the murder was solved. Like didn't make sense how the Noe family was deadset on not having Wendy involved then next thing you know they invited her to see her son, not even that but offer her a ride when it's over a two-hour drive Ida would have been making two round trips that is too much of hassle esp for someone who doesn't even like the family. Wouldn't it be much easier if they brought the son to them and hung out in Wendy's house for a bit, Leon to leave for a while if they didn't feel comfortable with him? Wouldn't it been easier for her to get a ride from Leon or Wendy's mom? No one saw them been drop off at Wal-Mart, one of the busiest shopping centers people are in and out in that store, esp around 4-8 clock. How easily Wendy could have asked for help, there are payphone or store associate would have let her make a call. Not much danger could have happened to three women were there at parking lot Wal-Mart too many witnesses. Then lack of remorse or guilt, wouldn't they felt guilty if someone did something to them and they could have prevented them by swallowing their pride. As Chad admitted it and that a big lie to tell even if he was drunk, my mom always said drunk people and kids don't lie.

@@DanRaidersWarriorsSharksGiants yes I do know kidnapped as happened in big chain grocery stores but it usually happens to a kid or when someone travels alone. @user-lb1en7nj2s7 ай бұрын
Oh I solved this case off record, joey rifkin did not committ the murder of su-ya Kim it's between two killer's and they are rex huermann who DNA just linked him to three murders of young women in the series of the long island gilgo beach murders! And coast to coast killer Tommy Lynn sells. Out of one of them, was the suspected killer of su- ya Kim.. rex huermann lived In long island NY all his life plus he attended a college only two minutes from that cw post college the same exchange student attended this here is compelling as the other thing that exclude him from the su-ya Kim case is for the reason that he just don't meet the height and weight requirements of the suspected killer of su-ya Kim, but it regarding this case he still can not be ruled out considering the fact that witnesses depositions are not always accurate so in this case that black security guard could have made that such error in his depositions by profiling the height and weight of the suspected killer of su ya and tho it wouldn't be kind of hard to mistake 6"4' rex from a 5"6' man but considering that it was dark when the guard stumbled across this man at that dumpster it's very possible that he made a error in his height, but if rex huermann didn't committ the murder of su-ya Kim then that leaves tommy lynn sells. After all if u compare sells profile to the profile of the man who killed su ya Kim then u would see and understand that it's nearly a perfect match, as tommy sells birth day list 1964 it puts his age exactly as the same age as the suspected killer of su ya, as in 1991 sells was between 26 to 27 putting him in his mid 20,s In 1991. Tommy sells height and weight was between 5"8' to 5"9' inches between 160 to 175 pounds in 1991, plus comparing both the killing methods of tommy lynn sells and the suspected killer of su ya you get a complete match, as the man who killed su ya inflicted multiple stab wounds to her as in the case of tommy sells he killed most of his known victims by multiple stab wounds, and the confusion came in the car plate numbers as its a strong possible that tommy sells could have stole a car that looked very similar to that exchange student car, given that sells was not just a serial killer but he also was a pro car thief as people who steal cars have ways to mess with plate numbers as well, so it's highly possible sells stole asame type Nissan as that exchange student switch the plates and killed su ya Kim it's to possible

No rifkin didn't stab his victims, he only dismembered them after death. It's two men who could have killed su ya Kim, it either was tommy Lynn sells since he matches the police drawing plus he match the killer in age, nearly in height and weight and both sells and su ya Kim killer have the same killing mo's as Tommy Lynn sells killed most of his suspected victims by multiple stab wounds,and rex heurmann is link to the murder of su ya Kim as he matches the police drawing more than rifkin plus he attended a college in long island in 1991 only two minutes from that same cw post college where that exchange student who had the same car as the killer attended, plus rex heurmann was a architect who lived in long island all his life so it's possible that he could have first set sites on su ya at her second business which was new to the kims he could have been the architect who done work to the kims business second new business at the time, so I say it's between these two killers tommy Lynn sells or rex heurmann who could have killed su ya Kim no one else...

Poor Dolores. She seemed to have had a rough life growing up and this music teacher was only one that provided her anything called stability. Not that I mean to judge her family, but I wish parents would understand how important a stable home life is to their children. A child shouldn't have to turn to a teacher for comfort and stability. I'm sad that there's no update for the story. I hate to say this, but I think that teacher might have passed away long ago because I don't understand it. Everybody watched this show back in the day. So if she didn't see this story, someone who knows her should have seen this. If she even has passed away, a loved one should have called UM and that way they could contact Dolores and provide an update to the story. Dolores could at least communicate with her family and still say thank you for the teacher that provided her with this world that she wasn't accustomed to. Glad Dolores turned her life around and became a nurse. Sometimes it takes that one person to have an effect on your life and bring the best out of you. Hope Dolores is still alive. God bless her.

@@johnnyp2283 I truly doubt that Madeleine is still alive (She would have 80 YO, more or less). And even if she is, i doubt she is on America anymore. I think that the exchange student that had the car should have been looked into more closely. Fibres, fingerprints, bloodhounds signs of decomp. I don’t think the cops did an extensive search of the car. She could have had a boyfriend she was protecting that may have used her car. The fact that the owner was Asian and the murder victim was Asian seems to have a strange link somehow. What are the odds of that? Might be nothing but might be something.
@benji1872 жыл бұрын
Your exactly right, a lot of red flags go up regarding the security guard, though he could just be one unlucky guy. It seems incredulous that the alleged person with blood stained clothing, who admitted to having just been in a fight/struggle with someone and was now trespassing in order to illegally dump something in a bin down an alley at night would not have been questioned more. At the very least before taking the money maybe find out what he actually disposing of. Also it was pointed out that most likely only someone with knowledge of the area would know of the bins existence, which the security guard obviously had. The fact that the exact make, color and licence tag of the alleged vehicle sighted belonged to another Asian woman is an odd coincidence, was the security guard stalking Asian women but possibly thought by giving out these details to the police it would instead cast suspicion back inside the Asian community? The security guard stated upon witnessing the suspect stop and stare at him before finally driving off (as if concerned he may check on what was in the dumpster) that this made him very suspicious. Then upon going back to dumpster he now discovers blood spots on the ground (combined with the previous knowledge of the blood stained clothing suspect was wearing) he does not contact police or get on his radio to report but instead enlists the help of a friend (which is very common when perpetrators pretend to unknowingly discover a victim) surely knowing that doing so would contaminate any potential crime scene. Also the victim must have weighed at least 100 to 120 pounds. Trying to lift that amount of dead weight up into the height of a dumpster would be very difficult and would almost certainly entail the help of an accomplice/friend (which the security guard admitted he had at the scene) It would be interesting to know if the street that they flagged the ambulance down on has ambulances pass by there at regular intervals (a hospital close by or something of that nature) as this is something the security guard would have also been familiar with. It seems odd that even at that late stage he still chose not to contact police and instead waved down an ambulance who would also help back up his story and ultimately contaminate the crime scene even further.

30 years for the murder of 3 people, including a child. Are you kidding me? Granted, she is older so she very well could die in prison, but she should have gotten a life sentence.
