Sticky tailbone? Feels like things are compressed? Having a tough time getting your clients to master a hinge motion? Try a hamstring drag to help unstick the sacrum and improve their hinging! You can incorporate a hamstring drag (pulling down on the ischial tuberosities) into lots of positions.

I don't know how to lift the tailbone in the 1st exercise. Is it by going into a little bit of anterior tilt? Any specific cues for that?
