Caplin point laboratories has also built lot of optionality, from latam markets to large latam markets to developed markets. They have also started CRO division. May be gradually they will move to CDMO, but it's still 5 years away atleast

Beautiful video by Sajal sir as usual, could connect the concept of fragile players in an industry leading to industry being antifragile - currently i am reading the ifm and fms industry where there are a lot of players, but few leaders like UDS that have been able to grow and achieve leadership position by acquiring smaller players, and have now a lot of business segments (optionality - entering into bss), and the opposite where the European govt in the past has intervened in European automobile players in the past and not letting them die (labor issues) but overall the industry ended up suffering as the weak players couldn't die (case study from the book capital returns by Edward chancellor).. lot of useful frameworks! Sajal sir and sss are a boon to the investor community! UDS wasn't a Reco, was trying to connect the dots :)
