Welcome to Taiwan, a beautiful island nation located in East Asia. With a population of over 23 million people, Taiwan is known for its bustling cities, breathtaking natural landscapes, and rich cultural heritage. Its people are thought to be some of the most considerate and kind in asia - and its food some of the best.
Taiwan is also a melting pot of cultures, with influences from China, Japan, and indigenous tribes. This unique blend can be seen in Taiwan's architecture, art, and festivals. Taiwan's subtropical climate is conducive to a wide range of outdoor activities and makes it a popular travel destination throughout the year. I hope this video entertains, and inspire you to visit this gorgeous Island nation.
Disclaimer: This video is not a list of top 5 or 10 must-see destinations style video, for the fact that I have been here many times before, and that this visit was a family reunion with my brother and nephew who live there. My brother took behind the wheel in a rented van, allowing us flexibility to go anywhere we wanted to. This offered a more candid and relaxed style travel with lots of experiences you will not see in typical travel videos. I did not get the chance to film every point of interest as I chose to focus on family time and enjoying the moment - I suggest you do the same when you travel. To see more personal moments of this trip, “Taiwan” is pinned under my instagram story highlights.
Should you decide to look into any of the attractions in details, I have shared the google maps location of them in chronological order in the video description! Enjoy!

9-Day road trip is not long enough to explore the beauty of Taiwan. It is a little bit in a hurry for travelers. There are some attractions you missed while cycling the island such as Alishan in Chiayi County, Kenting in Pingtung County and Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County...etc. Traveling in Taiwan should spend at least 1 month. Great video and thanks for your recommendation.

Great video, the views in Taiwan are truly amazing and the food looks awesome. Your narration was great also, your mandarin pronunciation is surprisingly accurate. Will be marking down some of the places you mentioned for the next time I go there I was surprised you, of all people, did not visit 兰屿 Orchid Island, home to a whole host of native and endemic orchid species. It's on my bucket list for sure

The general Taiwanese population will drive their vehicles and disregard any safety regulations and put every pedestrian at risk of fatality, especially tourists who fall for these harmless and enticing travel videos that don’t tell the complete story.

Thailand might be next… Im not familiar with India but with a huge population I hope they have good human rights. Singapore is still debating whether or not to criminalize same-sex. It is possible that we will not see Singapore legalize marriage in our lifetime.
@diamdante
@diamdante Жыл бұрын
@@onlysean1376 nonsense. Singapore has already decriminalised same-sex relationships as of a few months ago, and the trends in the voting population have been very strong. I'm singaporean and I predict the legalisation of same-sex marriage within one or two elections, that is to say by 2034 As for India, they are currently debating legalising same-sex marriage as we speak, they should make a decision in a few weeks. Not sure if the court case will go through this time, but the support is there alr and it's only a matter of time imo

Why sad? Many people will choose to wear masks when in traffic and in consideration of other people if there is cold/flu going around. This has been the practice for decades. It's a very considerate and hygienic culture, and no one takes issue with it.
