Is there any provision for a generator to charge the batteries when there is no sunlight to charge the batteries? Is it possible to simply by-pass the solar or the shore power, and charge the LifePo4 batteries directly from a generator? This would mean that you could power your RV directly from generator. Or, you could charge your batteries up to 100%, use them and the inverter for power and not use the generator at all once the batteries are topped off to 100%. You nice fellows never addressed this. Thanks so much.

Good Morning! If there is no sunlight for the solar panels to charge the batteries then the units batteries can be charged off of shore power or by connecting the unit to your tow vehicle.

So to charge from a vehicle do you have a DC to DC plug? Normal power from tow vehicle will not charge those batteries.

How will you charge the lithium batteries by connecting my truck using the 7 way cord while I am camping and the camper is on the campsite?@@KeystoneRVCompany

You never answered his question about using the generator to charge the lithium batteries. I do most of my camping off grid, so if there is no sunlight, how do I connect my generator to charge the lithium batteries?@@KeystoneRVCompany
