Update! A Confession and Anorexia

Hi everyone! Here is a much needed update! I apologize in advance for the quality of the video, but it was honestly a very difficult one for me to film and I procrastinated filming it forever and filming it on my laptop just made it easier haha.
If you know me in real life, I am sincerely very, very sorry that I did not share this with you personally beforehand. I did feel the need to share this with my subscribers and with my friends, but I couldn't bring myself to repeat my story numerous times. I hope that no one is angry and that you really do understand.

It's so good to see your face again!!!!! Also very excited for the moving vlog and jealous that you get to live with a dog. When I relapsed last year I was super embarrassed about going back to treatment but I ended up being really motivated to recover (partly because I wanted to get out of there haha). If I learned anything, it's that relapse doesn't mean starting from the beginning - you'll always have the skills you learned from the past.

Recovery is not a one way up thing. There are periods of ups and downs. You are doing so great and I am really proud of you! Keep going and be nice to yourself! Xxx

Oh, how I have missed your videos! I don't comment on videos on youtube very often but I wanted to let you know that I think you're strong enough to overcome this relapse! Relapses happen. I was going strong for almost two years before I encountered another serious relapse... You've got this, girly. You have so many people supporting you!

Of course! Your videos actually helped me during my time of recovery as well as my time of relapse. You really helped inspire me to do better and I'm very grateful for that! Relapsing sucks but it'll just make you stronger in the end! I'm still working at gaining some weight back at the moment but I am almost back to where I need to be. Stay strong!

stay strong totally understand. relapse is no fun. but i believe in you and you can so get through it. i also want to let you know your videos were what helped me recover and i want to thank you so much for that. Stay strong you can get through this.
