Oh helloooo everyone!
I'm Val and I started making videos about my eating disorder recovery in 2012. Today, I am so much healthier, happier, and free than I was before! I will try to continue uploading videos...I missed you guys so much!!

Started watching your videos when I was 18 and you were 17...and yeah, it's weird to think that that much time has passed! And I totally get the struggle of being "weight restored" but also knowing deep down that you aren't at your weight set-point. I know I'm supposed to be a lot bigger, and I'm already pretty plumpy 🤷‍♀️ but que sera. What are you studying in college? How's it going?
