It’s crazy. I got hyperacusis from “thinking” i damaged my hearing.. worrying about it.. I ended up talking to an audiologist who said hyperacusis is an anxiety threat respond when you worry about your hearing / tinnitus. Shortly after getting hyperacusis I got tinnitus but I only hear it in silence currently but I am scared it’s going to get louder over time. Anyway. I wanted to say Ryan that my hyperacusis has improved 95% for sure since I changed my mindfulness about my earring and stopped worrying about it. My tinnitus has stayed the same unfortunately but being positive about it has helped me a ton with being sensitive from sound with pain! Another thing I get is ear Burning still though happens maybe once a week as well and the audiologist told me it’s most likely from hyperacusis inflaming trigiminal nerve. Please no one give up.

I think what causes the spikes is mostly mental stress, Stay strong bro!

I started following your channel 3 years ago when I got tinnitus for my 40th birthday. It was from loud noise exposure and I have mild hearing loss in one ear. Three months after that I got visual snow, it would look like it was raining indoors and outside in low light conditions. That cleared up by 90 percent after about 6 months. I was suffering from sever depression and anxiety because of the tinnitus. After doing therapy, yoga and acupuncture I was able to treat my anxiety and depression . My tinnitus is better , I still have it and I get spikes afew times a month but it no longer bothers me and now I live a normal happy life. My advice to anyone having trouble with it is to work on controlling your stress and anxiety and your tinnitus will get better.

@@dougiehouser7789 definitely not as loud. I use to hear it over the sound of my TV. Stress makes it worse. Now I only really notice it if I'm in a quite room. Most days I forget about it.

@@dougiehouser7789 lawnmowers, weed wackers, heavy machinery. I'd wear ear plugs and would notice that my right ear plug would always come loose and fall out. I didn't know my ear canal was oddly shaped until I went to an ENT doctor.

@@Scap45 how's your visual snow Sean? Did you get all the syndromes symptoms? I've had vss for 7 weeks now - 8 months after T & H and it's really shitty atm.

@Karl Fuller took about 7 months to clear up. It's still there but hardly noticeable. I had to have an MRI and went to an eye specialist. They couldn't find anything wrong with me. It cleared up about 90% on its own.

I watch your videos because your humor about this is great and I can relate to it. Just crossed 2 years this month. Fuck me this shit sucks. I did everything from hbot, acupuncture, liam's stuff diet/fasting and the oto313 trial that failed. My T changes hourly some days. My sleep has improved taking meds but a year ago not even Ambien put me down more than 3 hours. I truly hope Dr. Susan Shore's device out of University of Michigan is out within 12 months and does something for us 🙏 Keep up your videos. Thanks man

Any Update about the fasting video you said?
@gusrpg6669
@gusrpg6669 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your videos Ryan. Keto carnivore for weeks including organs in my diet help me a lot with H and dry fasting 48-72hs with T, hope it helps you, let us know if you do it and thanks again. Same here with sugar/glucose, it worsens the H and volume of the noise. Check the Phoenix protocol channel/book for info on fasting. Its slow but I feel it works reducing inflammation, cleansing of the cells, regeneration etc. in a lot of people. And yes, its a fucking torture adding it to the T, hahaha, but try to see it in an spiritual way, do it when you are ok, best for you Ryan

is it normal , that if you get spike, you can also get a diffrent tone/s ?

I'm not sure if it's normal, but when I get spikes, they're always different tones that can last around 2 months then they subside.
