It’s all about punishing the husband

Their daughter is going to HATE HER GUTS when she gets older, and if she can choose, (Usually around 12yrs old) she may ask to NOT see her anymore. Mom did it to herself!

My nephew went through this exact same thing. After all was said and done, my brother got full custody of my nephew, but the damage had been done.

The mother is abusing her kids to hurt the husband. As for the husband, he should have made better choices - not sure why he decided to have kids with that dolphin-fivehead vengeful person

@@roseolson4262Exactly! It takes the mom screwing up over and over and sometimes to the point of horrible physical harm or death. Why can’t they order all cases to have a gal talk to the children before they are placed with either parent? These kids go through hell because these women are using them to hurt dad or simply deep down hate the child for being their father’s child. It is so sad that the kids suffer. Women should do actual jail time when they do this stuff that hurts the kids to get back at dad or because they hate dad. My first husband and I divorced. We made sure from the beginning our kids came first above our feelings about our marriage being lost to both of us. We were hurt but our kids were out strength through it. They kept us strong in us working to make sure they did not feel any negative effects that we could shield them from. If he or I felt like the other were letting the kids see our feelings etc we called each other on it. He and I would vent to each other and talk as friends about our feelings so that we had someone to talk to. Living together we couldn’t get along or compromise but we never doubted our friendship in the process. We promised each other to be there for each other for the good of our kids having us both as whole and strong as possible. He has a new wife and our 2 sons are 19 and almost 18 now. My new husband and him get along for the kids. Always have. If my husband had not been the man he is my ex and I would have talked about it and I would have not married him. My first husband now that our sons are grown chose to leave the woman who was a lot older and couldn’t have kids anymore and is now with a young lady who has given birth to his 3rd son and baby daughter. Their kids are both small. Them and their children were just here from out of state where they live for a graduation last year for our oldest son. They usually come about 2 times a year at least and stay with us. I care for their kids if they wake up before their mom and dad get up while they are here and if they need anything and their parents are doing something else also while they are here. I stay at my exs 7,800 acre family ranch he has had since before we were married right out of high school. It is a generations old family ranch. I have a small modular home for me and my husband and kids there for when we visit. I purchased a 2 story shed from Lowe’s that was just finished 5 months ago and I am doing the inside now for them for when they come and for other guests also but it was built for them. Why can people not even put their kids before their pain if we can do all of that? We have treated all of our children with each other and the children we had with our new so like they belong to all of us. My first husband is Navajo he is from NM and the ranch is on the Navajo reservation. It is tradition that if our kids are brothers and sisters then we are forever family also. My first husband’s twin sister treats my kids that are not his like they are her nephews and niece also. This is not hard to do! I am sorry your nephew went through that and also that his dad had to fight so hard just to be given the right to protect his son from a woman who was obviously hurting him in some way. Court stopping him from doing so deserves to be sued. I hope he can continue to heal with his son from the damage that was done and maybe live a full happy life with his dad helping him through the issues. Let your brother know all women are not like that and he does not deserve to be alone if he is over his trust issues. Make sure he vets any women he gets involved with well. My husband is awesome and he is a diamond in the rough. It will be hard to find a woman your brother can trust and will put his son first especially if they have kids of their own. I hope and pray he finds someone who truly loves him enough they get to know your nephew and love him also. They deserve to have a wonderful woman who can maybe help them both heal and trust. I am sorry for the novel I just am so moved by what these kids are put through.

I don't think visitation should be suspended, but it should definitely be supervised. Too bad this judge is too weak to impose it.

Well said! I think of the humiliation and trauma those kids went through and it sickens me. Then these two, meaning the judge and that LaPrad woman, who should have the children’s best interest in mind allow mom continued unfettered custody. She clearly has an issue and I would be considering a Munchausen’s by proxy kind of situation. Is she potentially CAUSING the injuries she’s claiming dad inflicted? They failed those children miserably.

Family court judges never do what is best for child at all they always put parental rights first before wellbeing , safety , happiness of the children/ child mom or dad if they are doing things like this they need to be held accountable she is causing irreparable harm emotional , physical, physiological damage to this child

Because the physician performing the exam is not commiting a crime. And there's no sexual gratification for anyone. So it's not a sex crime. Definitely abuse by the mother tho

They are. Not by the doctor. They are effectively instructed what examination to do. The child's consent principle is overridden by the government acting via CPS on behalf of 'we the people' This is based on their investigation of the allegations. The accuser could be accused of perpetrating an assault. The CPS could be accused of authorising the assault on inadequate evidence.

Thank you! I have been saying that all along! He keeps passing his responsibilities onto others. Even though he clearly doesn't agree with all these SA exams, he still won't make a decision to impose mom has supervised visits only. And he keeps deliberately missing the point when dad's lawyer says something imperative. He is a crappy judge.

I’ve seen several videos with this judge and he clings tightly to some very outdated old-school ideas about parenting. He clearly believes that mothers are primary parents period end of story. Despite knowing how biased this judge is I can’t believe he and Stephanie LaPrad are basically giving mom instructions for how to make more allegations. “If you’re going to make more allegations make sure they’re documented… and inform father on your way to the hospital” 🙄🤦‍♂️

The Dishonerable Judge is a old school goober judge whos one of those "Believe the mother" Old farts. You are so right that if it was his grandkids, he would not be acting this way. What a pathetic old man.

He does. Seems like he heavily favors the mother. That's something that is all too common. It's the stupid belief that the mother is always going to care for the child. It's an archaic belief that doesn't reflect reality. More often than not, during a bitter custody dispute the children are worse off with the mother. It's annoying that default mother is should have custody and it's the father that needs to prove something. It should start at 50/50 and weighed from there. It may have started like that but assuming a woman scorned is going to act rational is where I was lost with the judge.

He seems like the type that would do the same to his own family. He seems bothered by any type of inconvenience or order to protect anyone. Especially the children.

@@burton7023 the more court cases I watch the more I see the truth! It’s sad! I hate when dads have to “work their way into” being dads (not keeping children under 2 over nights/weekends) while moms get to do it immediately. Now if mom is exclusively breastfeeding I can see there being a reason to be more rigid about time and overnights as some moms are not able to pump and some babies HATE bottles, HOWEVER the child is just as much dads as moms! Unless one parent is truly unfit or a danger or there are concerns LET HIM PARENT! I know this doesn’t pertain to this case I just get annoyed! Oh and then dads have to “establish a relationship” but children are dropped of with strangers every single day in this country without a second thought to go to work! They don’t have “adjustment periods” to do daycare drop offs NOPE they drop and go! Anyway sorry went off there!

They will think back on the awful lies their mother told and the awful things she put them through, simply to hurt their dad. I would be highly surprised to hear they speak to mom at all, in a few years. I’d imagine she probably won’t have access to her grown children or grandchildren, because of her own doings. It IS scary and it’s EXACTLY the same nightmare my sweet BF is living right now! With his 6 year old daughter. The damage to the innocent child/ren is already done because “mom” wants to play games at the children’s expense to make dad “suffer.” It’s child abuse what she’s doing to the kids just to get her “revenge.” Hates the dad more than she loves the child/ren. Gynecology exams are not comfortable for adult women. I have been having Pap smears for years on a yearly basis like we are supposed to. I am never excited about the day of my appointment. I tend to treat it like a period week day in the way that I take an everything shower and treat myself to some chocolate and other period week indulgences and also carry Tylenol in my purse for the pain and discomfort of the exam. I am a pretty open minded and mature woman. I look at it like a necessary evil as a woman and don’t make a fuss about it except to myself silently. I also have an issue with the tools they use to open you up to do the exam being too large for my body. I am 5’1” and very very petite framed. They could not use forceps to help my son when I delivered him and he needed some help they had to use a vacuum because I am so small. Imagine being a 6 year old child and having the same tools available? The speculum tool is going to be way too big for them. I may be wrong about what they would use for a child because surely it is not a speculum tool. If they are too big for a grown woman who has delivered babies before they are absolutely too large to use on a child. I do not know of any other tools they have to do a vaginal exam on someone. Either way it is horrible to do that to your child!

@@caseyj779 I had an exam at 11 and they do have child size speculums but even that is probably too big. Having gone through that and some other stuff every exam I have I warn the nurse to tell the Dr that I don't want a conversation .I don't want to be asked anything, I want the Dr to get it done as fast as possible and understand I will be crying the whole time and when it's over I'll be walking right out the door and leaving. They know I'll have the conversation when I come back in in a week or 2 for results. It's very traumatic still and if those kids have anything like I do with PTSD from a mother which honestly reminds me of mine then I think she should spend time in prison.
