“Mike Macdonald has big shoes to fill in Seattle, but he also has the talent on paper to make an immediate impact. The offense is largely the same as last season except for the interior offensive line. There are some questions there. However, the defense is revamped in a way that Macdonald should have success right away. Byron Murphy II is a disruptor on the interior and an intriguing match with Leonard Williams. Tyrel Dodson and Jerome Baker are an athletic pairing in the middle. There's some young talent in the secondary. Riq Woolen and Devon Witherspoon could be foundational pieces in the right system.”

Spoon in at corner in the base defense week 1. His plays nickel in those packages, but in a 4 man secondary he is at corner

Not convinced Tomlinson starts at LG. Not like he was much cop for the Jets last year. Haynes at LG and Bradford at RG (or visa versa)?

@@1Bettter Haynes has never played on the left side in his career...only on the right...Bradford played some on the left in college...starters at the beginning of the season may well be Tomlinson and Haynes...

It should be a competition. You know what you’re getting with Geno. 9-8 season maybe a wildcard, 3500 pass yards 65-70 completion % and 20 tds 5-10 interceptions.

You wrong on Nigiba they paying Tyler too much this year and he is a way more seasoned veteran. This may be his last year he Tyler going out with a bang. NIGIBA is clearly the number 3 his number will go up a lot but he is the number 3 this year

C+. Probably 9&8. With luck, 10 &7. Geno has the right stuff. Offense has the tools but not the attitude. Not gelling. But they might get there... Defense is still unknown but we are STILL missing the QB monsters. We need two new Lawrence Taylors to make us contenders.

I grade this O a solid B. With Grubbs improved run game here, and his recognition that tight ends exist, coupled with the obvious pass play genius. This offense mives straight up to A !

The team has quietly put together a legit team that seems to only lack depth at safety and linebacker. Still, plenty of time to add that. I'm excited about this coming season.

B+ many new ??? On Oline…Def has ton of potential, see how the new pieces gel. Look, are biggest issues we’re in trenches. If we improve play on both sides of the ball, we will be a playoff contender. Top 10 Off with Top 15 Def, can do a lot of damage. Better than that? Well you can make a deep run.

Sam looked better just the game he played against the 'hawks, but Genos numbers are better, so I'd rather go with Geno. Then Phil Haynes at RT. Toggle Reed and Murphy, let Murphy get NFL legs, otherwise that line up will be rated in the top 5 Defensively and in the top 10 offensively (Seriously)

The Hawks didn't totally underperform the last two years been 9-8 was about right cause our IDL and our IOL was a total dumpster fire and did nothing to fix it and we hired the worse DC in Hawks History

Neither we should've drafted Joe Milton from Tennessee but no we allowed the pats to draft him one pick after ours cuz apparently we needed another 6th round cb instead on the bright side at least Joe didn't come to Seattle cuz he'd be running for his life every play cuz we have yet to rebuild our oline we will be lucky if we win 4 games we traded for Sam Howell lmfao this team is a joke I'm still a hawks fan but cmon man I hope we go winless and maybe we draft arch we screwed again thus year not sure when 9-8 became the standard in Seattle😅

Joe Milton is not an NFL qb and it will be proven pretty quickly in camp....amazing arm, terrible decision making...Sam is the QB of the future....talented enough to lead this team should Geno get hurt and after he is gone...the O line has multiple new additions and will become a strength on this team under the new staff and scheme...you may be a fan but you are not really very knowledgeable...
