Hang in there buddy! Tbh I could relate very well with the motivation crash part! It's amazing that you still managed to finish the roadmap! Also, it takes a lot of courage to talk about your issues like this, so the fact that you did it, is another thing to be proud about! And the way I see it, it's a video that'll stay relevant for years to come, so it doesn't really matter if it's a few months late...

Really happy to see you back in the groove Colin. Takes real courage to discuss your challenges in life. I am really happy you fought through it and came back stronger. We love you and appreciate the good work you are doing for the community. I really loved your noob to expert series especially the combinatorics one. Learned a ton. Your efforts do make a difference so keep fighting and remember your love and blessings.

Hey... Its totally okay to not get any work done sometimes..it happens with everyone.. just take care of yourself, that's much much more important.. we all love you, you've done a lot to help the community! ❤️

I've had a chronic cough as well. It was constantly on my mind and driving me nuts. I fixed it by getting plenty of sun (vitamin d), drinking water, and making it a point to exercise and stretch regularly. That cleared up the post nasal drip I had and I much prefer living a healthy lifestyle to that chronic cough anxiety. It took a while for it to clear things up (about a month) and it will occasionally come back if I slack off.

It is very bad for you when you are depressed and have no one around you to share your thoughts and emotions. I hope you have someone beside you. Also you have this channel and you have us with best wishes and words. God bless you brother.

Constructing the roadmap and organizing the concepts need huge amount of energy and time, appreciate you finally build the map. Burnout is an energy black hole.

BROOOOO NOOOOOOOOOO anti depressants are so bad bro. Have you tried getting more sunlight (without sunscreen), going for a reasonably distanced walk? Lifting weights? Eating healthy? Being around your own species?(socializing) Just saying I've been there, my best friend and I were both on a slurry of anti anxiety/depression/adhd meds. Then one day he showed me a post from some anon about how every single school sh**ter was prescribed SSRIs or some variant, super convincing, though God knows the validity of those statements. Anyways, From that day forward we both quit taking all of our anti depressants and just started working out, getting sun, eating mad steak and vegetables and, after the most debilitating withdrawals EVER. my brain started healing. Been off for like 8 years after being on since I was a toddler pretty much. You have an amazing brain, don't poison yourself and let yourself be dulled down by subjecting yourself to these mind altering substances!! Seriously!! I URGE YOU TO STRONGLY CONSIDER!

I wish youtube would give me notifs about super thanks, would have been able to respond earlier. I don't know what cured my anxiety, whether it was the antidepressants or the other medicine I was prescribed (a weak dose of a powerful antipsychotic), but I would say that I'm roughly in the same state I was in pre-major anxiety attacks, so the antidepressants haven't really done much for me. I'm gradually implementing lifestyle changes and I guess we'll see what they do for me. That being said, I have a better understanding of how my happiness function works, and it has a lot to do with being extremely goal-oriented, so I'm not sure how much it'll do. Regardless, thanks for the advice, I can totally see where you're coming from. Glad to hear that you were able to heal.

So you have depression issues? Me too. Can I suggest something other than antidepressants? Like Yoga. Any physical activity works really. But I feel Yoga to be specially effective at fighting depression. Namaste 🙏 😁

Dude, start doing some sports, like running or swimming or even pumping iron. as a programmer it gave me some motivation and made me concentrate a long time ago when I had these problems. this all would probably also work for you if you are diligent and don't skip trainings. take this as an advice. although I should say that you need to consult your therapist if have any medical conditions.

man a advise don't rely too much on antidepressent they will make your worse , Try yoga and stay away from medicine and eat healthy and I am there if you ever need to talk to someone
