The mods just makes life easier to be honest and hope they push out more updates like this. Version 2 adds so much. Only problem is the phone app still so slow and sluggish.

Oh man these mods are great! I hope they make a mod that allows the old dims work like a Be Memory. It'd be cool if you did videos for future big mod updates. I wouldn't have found these without your video

Was having some issues (I assume skill issues as this is my first time doing anything like this) on my Mac so while I wish I could enjoy these it's just not in the cards for now, but I WAS able to update my VBBE to the most recent firmware which I wasn't even aware was a thing 😅 Thank you for taking the time to make this video!

I just updated my VB BE and I used a SanDisk Ultra 256 GB micro sd card for the update and it worked fine.

Thank you; this video was uploaded when my Ultimate level Digimon was at a 59% win rate (need 70%) with 30 battles and 2 hours left for the timer. The RNG for battles is brutal.

Sadly, that'll likely never happen. The BE models (MHA, Demon Slayer, and Digivice -VV-) all have firmware that can be updated and modded. The base Vital Bracelet models (Digivice V and earlier models) don't have such a firmware.

I went to the discord server and couldn't find any of these things in the video. Welcome and Digimon Other are the only two options in the left panel. None of the other options shown in this video are available.

Great video my friend thank you so much I just ordered an SD card once I get it I am going to attempt to do this. A side question I would like to ask if know. How do I secure victory on stage 15 for the BE vital bracelet. I am currently using the Guilmon X one and trying to get Gallantmon CM and I am not kidding when I say this but I,ve battled CM literally 10 times and all 10 I lost yet my mega level digimon is at max points so I don't know what to do at this point. Will I have this same problem with other digimon memory cards?

Generally you would want to pick a Digimon with a type advantage, but obviously that won't help on that Dim. Best you can do is to use a support Digimon once you have the custom firmware installed.

My vital bracelet came in a few days ago. Battles start in adventure on their own and puts me in the next stage automatically. Idk if this was recently fixed in the actual builds of the BE series, but never have I needed to manually go back into adventure mode.

I assume you're using an original Dim Card, not a BE Memory Dim card. They function differently

@@humulomon If Renamon EX is an original, then yeah I guess. Speaking of, does the Renamon EX dim have an English version? Cause if so, I managed to get my hands on the Japanese version instead. Don’t know if it matters or not, but I got it through Amazon.

Wait, for the battle screen, I have a few questions. 1) How did you choose another enemy Digimon? 2) During battle, how did you skip your opponents attack? 3) How did you skip the whole battle? I haven’t been able to do any of these mods

Those are all part of Kurazatou's mod, check out their documentation for details. If you only installed Cyanic's mod you won't have access to them.

There is not, but you can always raise that Dim again if you still have it

I believe so. I think you do the step where you flash down the firmware and then just regular update. I have not tested it myself yet.

Backgrounds are contained within the Dim Cards, which ones you have access to just depend on that.

All the BE models are exactly the same, just different colors, so it doesn't matter which you mod.

Why have you never put any Digimon music in the background? It's not that I don't like the Sonic Mania commercial theme, but I figured at one point you would look up the Soundtrack to Digimon World 1 or World DS it would be a bit more appropriate.

A) It's not really my thing, B) The few times I have used Digimon music I got copyright claims, C) Hyper Potions are a really stellar group and their label is super friendly to work with when it comes to using them as KZfaq background music.

i tried to join the server. but i dont think im allowed in as it kept stating i have an account with said server. which is odd as i never seen nor heard of this server at all. and any alts were just to help test discord streaming and i tried to dm the mods and such but since i wasnt truly part of the server it went deaf ears

That was actually a useless menu item, as you can just plug in a Dim card while on the home screen, even without the mod. Check out the manual here, it has that and many other important details for using your device: humulos.com/digimon/vbbe/manual/

These mods are cool, but I'm too stupid to it. Didn't understand anything about what you said to download them. I'll stick to the stock official experience. I do want the date mod and the extra backgrounds. Those look like the best.

It's not complicated at all. Just go slow and follow along with a guide. If your able to navigate and use a cell phone you can 100% do this. You are not too stupid to do it because it's not really that hard.

Person who created the mod. Creators sometime so not give permission to share and that should be respected. Luckily, there is no issue with getting it on Discord at anytime.

Other stats don't increase for the original Dim Cards, only for BE Memory Dim Cards

I really want someone to completely redo the firmware. Make it like a normal old vpet with care and stuff. Cut the app completely, it's useless anyway, and cut the heart sensor while you're at it. A wrist mounted watch normal Digimon that takes dim cards.
