Duuuude I started crying so hard when he he said he was seeing grant in his dreams and then said goodbye I had my mom die when I was around his age and i felt soooooo bad for them i feel no kid should have to go through the pain of losing someone as close to you as your parental figure(s) i mean it's been almost 5 years since shes passed and I still have episodes of remembering her and crying I cant even begin to feel how these kids felt when they got the bad news I wish you guys the best of luck and I hope grant will continue to watchover yall in heaven best wishes from a very thankful fan

I lost my Dad unexpectedly and this tribute episode brought tears to my eyes. I never got to say goodbye either and I think that was the coolest thing ever that your little boy was able to in this way.

Man... as someone who also lost their father at a young age, and seeing how it wasn't easy for my widowed mother to raise kids, I completely understand how they feel, and the kids goodbyes and what they wanted to say. Brought me to tears cause it felt so similar and familiar, I hope the best for TKOR family.

Grant was always a major influence on my life, he’s the reason I got into welding and went into the welding workforce. The intro felt so nostalgic that I almost balled my eyes out. Thank you for keeping grants legacy going. Much love for you guys❤️

When I clicked on this, I smiled at the nostalgia from hearing the Weekend Project theme from his early videos. I even smiled at the gummy-making processes and biting the heads off the gummies because, hey, I’ve done that as well. ...I wasn’t, however, expecting to cry. I most certainly cried at the end at “Goodbye”. I wasn’t expecting my heart to just utterly break, and oh did it break. Long live the family of Random.

Max Cruz obviously you've never lost anyone important to your life. These kids, and his wife, have lost the most central person in their world. Yes, you do have to move on eventually or it warps you, but especially to a young child the loss of a parent isn't something you ever 'get over'.

Grant really did help a lot of us, I learned a lot from his videos and also tried my best to follow along some of his creations. I learned a lot of stuff from him that I never learned from school so a big chunk of my knowledge came from watching his videos. Watching this video and seeing the old intro was really a moment of nostalgia for me, I can see why that would make a lot of us cry.
