In this video, I show you how to make this upgraded pap at home with yellow corn, millet, guniea corn, plaintain, tigernuts, dates ginger and cloves. It aids healthy growth and development. It has a lot of nutritional value. Some of the health benefits of taking this pap are: it boosts immune system, it prevents viral infection, bacteria or fungi, it aids proper brain development and it helps the organs of the body to function properly. Prepare it for your baby and thank me later.
Ingredients
Yellow corn 8 cups
Guniea corn 4 cups
Millet 4 cups
Dates 4 cups or to taste
Tigernuts 4 cups
Plaintain 4 big size
Ginger as desire
Cloves as desire

Nice recipe! This means we can't leave it to ferment for 2-3 days after blending because of the tigernut and plantain added to it. That's means it won't have that conc/ sour taste, of regular pap ?

I blended it separately because I believe blending it together with the corn will make me lose a good part of it.
