I have no idea what pap is but girl you really turned into a master pap production maker… I loved how you detailed every process and invited everyone into your world 😊 what I missed is a little of explanation on how this is eaten, is it like a porridge? But other than that I loved it and given the ingredients you used I am sure even if I don’t know what it it I feel like it’s something I can eat and enjoy ❤ Bomsy always thinking about everybody… I hope mama Ejima and twins enjoy their pap 😊😊

Back then in the north I usually do Tom brown and it was very nutritious This pap is so nutritious more than most of this packed baby food

You really try making this pap but next time use white pillow case to do the last process so that it will remove only the water from the pap not together with ur pap ok bcuz I can see you wasted some of the pap inside the sink

The fermentation process also turns the grain into a great source of probiotic as well. This is better than any Kombucha brand out there. It's time we (Africans) start boasting about our ancient recipes that were passed down from generation to generation. It's our turn ❤️
