Great Video Bud, when i fitted my new metal track all i did in less than a minute i just took of the front big wheel and put track around it then wheel and track screwed back on

I purchased all of the metal upgrade parts on ebay, by searching Henglong Metal Sprockets and tracks you should be able to find them.
