Obligatory Bri'ish correction: From Wiki: Bubble and squeak is a British dish made from cooked potatoes and cabbage, mixed together and fried. I've driven a traction engine, and it was a lot of fun. All you really need to do to drive them (provided your fireman is keeping the fire going enough) is make sure the clutch is engaged (Yes they have a clutch, it lets you spin the flywheel without moving the engine, and if you loop a belt over said flywheel, you can run a threshing machine or something), put the johnson bar in the corner, and open the throttle all the way. From there you only really need to worry about steering, and you need a ton of steering input to make the wheels turn remotely far. Their ride quality is also absolutely atrocious, and they're way to slow for their own good, the one I drove tops out at 2.4 mph, though apparently most British traction engines can do 5-6 mph.

Leighton is real easy to bust in a lie... Brett however is a different story as he doesn't show the same cues. Jimmy is the middle of the pack if he can hold his "poker face" :D

The ffestiniog and maybe other railways in North Wales also had things called ratchet brakes used on gravity trains where the ratchet was used to set the amount of brake applied on the car using a handle a bit like a reverser/Johnson bar attached to the side of the waggon

Bubbles and squeak (south wales version because areas of the uk can't do stuff the same) is basically your Sunday roast veg left overs chopped up mixed and sort of mashed and you then spread it out and pack it in a frying pan 7/16" ish thick and fry till browned on both sided and then serve with left over meat and ketchup or brown sauce or cranberry

The U.S. Constitution and particularly the bill of rights was written in a manner that the average American could and should be able to read and understand. Take a perusal through this document and I think you will find the implication that the “average American”’ spelling and reading comprehension would have been excellent. Once upon a time at least.
