I think you misspoke in the video because the description says the right number, but the weight limit on the new rumbleseat is only 40 lb, not 45 (unfortunately!)

Ugh I wish they had come out with this a year ago. My biggest complaint was having to switch the adapters back and forth depending on if I wanted the car seat or rumble seat on the bottom.

Absolutely. And the switch over isn't easy to do even after repeated times. I totally agree with you.

Is it possible to buy just the rumble seat adapter for the lower portion of the vista stroller? We want to have our mesa car seat on top facing forward (newborn) and the included rumble seat on the bottom facing outward(2 yr old). Thank you in advance!

Only thing I can think of for the back seat reduction and leg extension is this maybe children torsos don’t elongate/grow as much as legs do

No, everything grows all together. 😂 its probably to have more ability to configure in different ways. I had the old rumble and when it faces out it hits the upper seat. Or when you put the upper seat down, the lower seat cant recline

Does rumble seat (the old one) works with the new adaptors?

Does the rumble seat snap onto the top where the toddler seat is since it now uses the same adapters as the bassiner/mesa? And would the toddler seat snap into the lower adatpers now? Wondering if you can put the smaller child on top, and larger on the bottom in the toddler seat.

I'm assuming yes? I wasn't stoked to find out the rumble seat v2 only fit on the bottom. I would think you would want your littler one up top and the bigger kid able to jump out on the bottom if need be. The way the adapters are described I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have the Rumble V2+ up top.

No i read on an amazon review that you STILL cant put the rumble seat up top. Very disappointing.
