So the toddler seat will only fit on the top, a bassinet and car seat can go on the bottom and the rumble seat is the correct seat to put on the bottom. Here is a link to UPPAbaby's website to show what the rumble seat is and how it differs from the Toddler seat. uppababy.com/accessories/vista/rumbleseat2017/ If you have just the toddler seat, the bassinet will fit on the bottom with the toddler seat either facing out or facing in.

Can you use the rumble seat that comes with the vista on the lower part of the stroller? Or do you need to purchase a separate rumble seat? The rumble seat at the bottom on the demonstration looks smaller than the one on top.

We tested the Maxi Cosi adapters in our store and it folded just fine! It just sticks out a bit. Other car seat adapters (like the Chicco) may not work because its a bar that goes across the stroller. Do you have a specific car seat in mind? We can let you know if the adapters will work or not? If you want to have the option to put your car seat in both the top and bottom positions, then yes you would need multiple adapters. Hi Anne! The Vista bassinet's weight capacity is 20 lbs, so if your baby weighs more than that, you can make the switch to the seat. If they can sit up on their own, that's a great indicator as well!

Hi Julia, that is an excellent question. The Toddler seat does not fit on the lower position in any configuration. If you want to put a seat in the lower position you will need to buy the Rumble Seat. If you want to also attach the bassinet you will need to purchase the upper adapters as well. Great question! They are not the same. The adapter you would need is the upper adapter to give some more room between the 2 seats. However, you do not need the upper adapter, there will just be more of a chance for them to kick each other. Here is the link to the ones you need! Nuna has a ring adapter you can hook on. You can purchase here. www.babycubby.com/nuna-pipa-car-seat-adapter-for-uppababy-strollers.html It looks like the ring adapter is meant to fit on the top toddler seat position, but if you want to put the car seat adapter on the lower rumble seat position you would need to also purchase additional lower adapters. Oh my goodness this is such a beautiful versatile pram! I bought a cheapie smyths toys travel system for £275 when my first was born and it’s awful and falling to pieces. I really want this colour but I can’t find it in the U.K.!! 😍

No unfortunately with the Vista, the way the frame is designed it has to be the rumble seat in the lower position. It is not machine washable, and you cannot take off the fabric, but it is a super easy wipe off. We would recommend taking a soft damp cloth and wipe it off.

What previous version do you have!? These lower and upper adapters will work for 2015 models and later. If you have the rumble seat it should already come with the lower adapters. The upper adapters will create more space between the two positions. Let us know if you have any other questions. You can use the stroller with the seat it comes with and would purchase the second seat (the rumble seat) but because the way the frame is designed you only can use the rumble seat at the bottom. If you wanted to use the bassinet and the regular seat. You would need the bassinet to go on the lower position and the regular seat on the top and purchase additional upper and lower adapters. Hey! So the stroller automatically comes with the bassinet. There is not an option to buy it without. The great thing about the bassinet is that it's another option vs having to keep the baby in the car seat every time you need to us the stroller. Hi Victoria, thats a great question. We would highly recommend the Uppababy Mesa! It has excellent safety rating, is incredibly easy to install and you release it from the stroller with just one button on top of the handlebar which is so easy and convenient. If you are looking for a lighter option you may consider the Nuna Pipa but you will have to buy additional adapters for it to be compatible. Thank you for the informative video. I am wondering if you can comment a bit on the suspension of the stroller and how it works (I know you pushed down on it in your video, so are there springs inside the frame or something or how sensitive are the suspension?). I am comparing this to the Cruz and wondering if there is a big difference between the 2 with one having suspension and the other one doesn't. I like the size of Cruz but might like the smoothness of the wheels with suspension.

So we just went out on our stroller track at our store and tested them both out. The Vista does have shock-absorbing front and rear suspension. But honestly we didn't see too much of a difference between the smoothness of the two. The Vista was slightly smoother, but it was more because of the larger/nicer tires. The Vista can handle rougher terrain then the Cruz. Hope that helps!

Wow, thank you for doing that! I am torn between choosing the Cruz or the Vista. I love the Gregory colour for the Cruz, which I think its nicer than the henry, but I love the idea of the suspension as I might use it and go for walks outside on the sidewalk. I am concerned with the lack of shocks that the cruz might be more bumpy or harsh? I don't need the bassinet that comes with the Cruz and not sure if I can justify spending the difference for $540 ($1300 vs $760 here in Canada). I don't get why Uppababy won't put the shocks or some kind of suspension on the Cruz, as many other lower end brands have that feature on their strollers. So based on your personal experience / customer feedback, which one would you recommend / more popular. Thanks again!

Because we didn't see as much of a difference on our stroller track. We think you probably are fine to stick with your Cruz stroller and not spend the extra on the Vista. The only way we feel like the Vista would be better is if you are planning on growing your family and feel you would use a double stroller. That will save you money in the long run. Wish we shipped to Canada! Hopefully one day! :)

Ling Lin yes the car seat on the bottom and bassinet on top configuration will work! You will just need the upper and lower adapters. Yes, but you would need to upper adapters to raise the bassinet a bit. The toddler seat in the front position would have to face the rear.

How heavy is this stroller with the toddler and rumble seat?

It's 26.6 lbs with the frame and seat, then the rumble seat will be 7.3 lbs so it's around 33-35 lbs with both seats on

If expecting twins can we do two infant car seats verses one infant car seat and one rumbo seat?

Yes you can do two infant car seats as well as two bassinets. However keep in mind that as your twins grow the seats for the Vista do not have the same weight capacity. The toddler seat has a weight capacity of 50lbs and the second seat (the rumble seat) has a weight capacity of 35 lbs. So the Vista may not be the most ideal for twins. You may want to look into the City Select Lux or the Nuna Demi Grow as both seats have the same weight capacity. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Angela McKenna yes! The weight capacity is up to 35lbs. And no it is not, the Vista comes with a bassinet and a toddler seat. The rumble seat is an added accessory.

There are actually significant differences between the 2012 and this one. Some of the updates they've made since then include but are not limited to... On the 2012 version the rumble seat can only be rear facing and does not recline. However they improved that in 2015 and that's the same as this stroller. They also upgraded the fold mechanism, the adapter connectors are slightly different, and they've upgraded fabrics and the leatherette fabrics as well as the piggy back board which now has a lock on it. 3:43 I have just been given a secondhand version of this but it doesn't have that button at the top. I'm assuming I have the model from before - how do you remove the bassinet from the frame?

@@TheBabyCubby I Got another question. The backrest and the seat bit, there appears to be no mechanism to adjust their angle from each other. My kid likes to sit fairly upright, but the back is sloping down a little. I can move that more upright, but because the actually sitting part is attached to it, that would now be at an angle pointing downwards and the wee one would skip downwards therefore.

If the upper adapters are on with the seat, you will not be able to fold the seat and the board together. You will have to take off the board. Or the adapters and put on the seat.

I actually figured out a way to do it 💪🏼🙌🏼 you can fold the stroller if you leave the piggyback board in the down position 🎉.

There is no age limit, UPPAbaby has a weight capacity of 50 lbs for the toddler seat, 35lbs for the rumble seat, 20 lbs and 25 inches for the bassinet and 55lbs for the piggyback board. How much does the stroller weigh? What is the seat back height (from bottom of the seat to the top of the seat)? Seat width and depth would also be helpful. These measurements (especially the stroller weight and seat back height) are important information that consumers can truly use - it would be helpful to include them in future reviews.

I do see the stroller weight, but that link does not tell the seat height, depth, or width, only talks about the stroller specifically. Most manufactures don't list the seat details so it would be helpful if your reviews covered them. They are important to know for parents that have kids who are larger or smaller than the average toddler....not only that but it provides a a general rule of thumb of how much growth the child can have with each stroller/product.

It a very crowded pram im disappointed on this purchase, my son is not even three yet and to big for the rumble set. Its set way too upright when i also attachment the baby bassinet.
