Yes!! I didnt know this either and my little plastic clip that holds the other bar broke because I didnt put the break on and it kept trying to open when upright. Still prego and havent even used the stroller yet so I say putting the break on first before folding is a must!! Super upsetting to have it break so easily and with no wear yet, but hopefully uppababy helps get this replacement piece...

Thanks for sharing. I'm so in love with this stroller and totally want to get it, despite the price tag. I do want to have kids close-ish together so that's my validation. I didn't know you couldn't fold it with the seat facing you, that does suck!

Watching because I have the exact same one and baby just started using the seat and I was trying to fold it with the seat facing me and yea that wasn’t happening 🤣 and yes to the break before folding
