should i do all the exercise 1 set each then repeat 3 time, or finish 1 exc 3 set then go to next exc?

I usually do a set of 2-3 workouts, and repeat it 3 sets. And then I move onto different workouts!!

How long are breaks between sets qnd excersizes

Between sets: 30sec-1min Between exercises: 10-15 seconds!
