This mobility class will focus on the upper body. We'll start by focusing on the neck, then make our way to the shoulders and spine, and finish with some mid back work and a feel-good release.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-A dish towel (or yoga strap)
This is great to do on an active recovery day, or any time you're feeling a little stiff and are looking for some gentler, feel-good movement.
