Hey guys, this is a Quick and Easy work out that you will help in maintaining muscle during vacation. To stay shredded during 2019, exercising during a vacation is crucial in staying ripped. This is why you should do SUPERSETS, to lower the work out duration while keeping the training effective!
Do exercises such as incline dumbbell bench press for mass building, shoulder press for big shoulders, and machine press for mass. These exercises along with dumbbell rows for growth.
