EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS:
-Set of medium weights (I'm using a set of 8lbs - recommend the light side of "medium")
-Set of light-medium weights (I'm using a set of 5lbs)
In this class, we start with a guided warm up, focusing on upper body mobility. We then move onto our build-a-combo-strength work. This is a quick one! In each of the two sequences, you'll gradually build a combination of movements over a period of 90 seconds. You then rest for 15 seconds before repeating.
You'll complete three sets, rest for 60 seconds, then complete three sets of the second combo.
Here's a general breakdown of each combo:
-(15 sec) Movement A
-(30 sec) Movement A + B
-(30 sec) Movement A + B + C
-(15 sec) Movement C
Between combos, you get about a minute to recover, but pause the video and take more time if needed. Always listen to your body, modifying or stopping as needed.
We finish class with a guided cool down and stretch.

I love this class and sometimes I add a Pilates mini ball between my inner thighs for the whole flow because that squeeze helps me zip my core more mindfully. Sometimes I also pause between each set for either ten pushups or ten tricep dips. Thank you for your classes!
