Very yummy and tangy konkani curry called - "Urad Methi". It is very delicious and tasts spicy, sweet, sour, bitter and tangy. Here we have used Ambade, bitter gourd and ladies finger. Hi.. I tried this recipe and it was yummy! I did not have karate or bhenda nor ambade.. but I had ambuli. So I made the same recipe with only ambuli slices in it. Everyone at home loved it. We had it with rice and the leftover curry with polo the next day. It was excellent combo for both. Thanks again for all your wonderful traditional recipes. I love to try them out. My father is amazed everytime I make traditional konkani GSB recipes which we dont make very often and especially when I tell him I found the recipe on youtube! 😉
