In this episode, we finish our designs for nuclear power by making designs for uranium ore processing, Kovarex enrichment, nuclear fuel cells, nuclear fuel (for trains), and uranium reprocessing of spent fuel cells.

(and yes, I did notice after recording the episode that I'd forgotten to set the Kovarex recipe in that centrifuge. I fixed it before posting the blueprints!)

hey .. nice series keep it up ... i like it .. =) 3 Stacks of Nuclear Fuel might not be enought b/c they stack by 1, so is will be 3 times Nuclear Fuel and thats what one locomotive needs to be filled. I dont prefere to use Chestlimits and like to connect it to a logistic network and then use logistic limits and i guess there 30 would be sufficed, depending on how many trains you might rock and how many locomotives your trains will have. anyhow ... i like it keep doing it =)

Glad you are enjoying the series! Don’t forget that we also have 3 stacks at each refueling station, so we’ll have plenty of buffer overall. The real question is whether a single centrifuge has enough throughout to keep up with trains burning through the fuel! But we can always apply beacons later I suppose. We’ll watch this one when we get to the playthrough.

I would use a combinator / counter limiting the intake of shiny rocks to the kovarex to 40 in order to save some material & time

Yeah, there are lots of ways to do Kovarex processing. Once our circuitry detects that Kovarex is kicking off shiny rocks, we only need the raw uranium ore processing to supply dull rocks, which will already considerably reduce demand. But if we happen to kick off a few extra shiny rocks while we are topping up the dull ones, no harm done. :)
