A simple chicken recipe in a pan. I would definitely recommend cooking any part of the chicken this way. I took chicken thighs. The recipe is effortless. But it turns out a very tasty and aromatic dish for lunch or dinner.

To cook chicken thighs in a skillet:
Chicken thighs or other part of chicken - 900 g
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
Coriander - 0.5 tsp
Dried garlic - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 pc.
Butter - 50 g
1. Sprinkle chicken thighs with salt, pepper, dried garlic, coriander and smoked paprika on both sides.
2. Finely chop the onion. Fry in butter until soft.
3. Put the chicken thighs on the onion. Put small pieces of butter on top. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Turn to the other side and simmer for another 5-15 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces, so that the meat is completely cooked, but does not dry out.
