Very helpful thank you but I've run into a bit of a different type of problem I downloaded two photos yesterday! And I was just looking at my files today and I noticed the amount of free space a declined from 4.7 GB to 2.5 and my files App seem to identify the problem! As "large files" there were 43 of them on my phone and I have no idea how they got there they look like 43 versions of the same file I deleted all of them but what would you recommend about that? {My phone seems to be back to normal now}. I'll delete the two photos as well just in case one of them was of my younger brother that my mom sent to me in an email.

I watch your video and did everything that you said to do about trying to uninstall an app that I accidentally installed try to uninstall it it will not uninstall went to permissions it had five or six different permissions on it every time I tried to get rid of the microphone or calendar or whatever it had one there for permissions it would just not be right out of permissions wouldn't let me get rid of nothing informations The app that I accidentally installed is a Adobe flash player went to settings touched after flash player what come up on my screen was for stop but it was blacked out where I couldn't force stop it and uninstall try to uninstall it and it will not uninstall I tried everything that you said to do in your video safe mode and everything and it still will not go off of my phone I have a LG G6 could you help me please

Thank you so much, I downloaded an emoji app that took my phone Samsung 9 hostage per se. This app was cute but it would not allow me to use or remove. After following the steps you gave. I was able to remove it. I have my phone for my business and all my business apps are on it. I did panic for about four hours until I looked up how to remove unwanted apps. Thank you so much again

I'm young and for some reason my phone started beeping like how a smoke detecter would then it turned off. What do I do! Same! Except for me it just randomly happened. The beeping happens whenever I charge my phone and a sudden yellow triangle pops up with a black exclamation point on it..!

@@bavenquin2151 That never happened to me with the triangle! I fixed it tho. It may take a month to be fix or you can reboot your phone and leave it off. (That's what I did) But, that fix the beeping I'm not sure about the triangle...😬 Hopefully your device does not have a virus or a glitch!🤗 Take care, Aeysiah

I have a samsung A50 and it is stuck on the blue tracfone screen. It happened when I clicked on a facebook reel and turned my phone sideways. Just froze and I had to force it off by pressing power and volume down. I got it into recovery mode and wiped cache partition but still nothing. next step is factory reset but I'll lose all my photos. Is there a way to transfer the photos to my laptop? If my phone has a virus I dont want it to get to my laptop.

I have'nt done anything, my phone automatically started downloading random stuff and it just spams that I need to turn off app scanning and if I want to delete it it just pops out a stupid amount of times and It wont let me delete anything

I have a Galaxy A 53. I have been notified by Google and Android that I have 28 viruses, malware, trojan, . I am on my device 12 hours a day. I noticed there are apps I didn't install. I have a malware that removed my Google play store and replaced it with a fake play store and replaced all my preinstalled Google apps with fake ones. I logged into another phone with my gmail address and those fake apps are still there. if I get a new phone will those fake apps be attached to to my gmail account when I setup my new phone? what about my Google one backups from my existing phone. if Google one is fake what happens to the backup my new phone will use to restore my Google apps of transfer from my old phone?

Hi man 1st I want to say thank you. Just wondering - can you get a virus from clicking a link to a googled topic? I was looking up hair products, clicked on an article - supposedly related - and up came an unwanted website, didn't download anything, left the site, and deleted all searches about those products. Is there any way a virus could be put on my phone that way? Always worried about spyware, since I purchase items with credit card, on my phone. Might be worried about nothing, but I'm really not sure about these things. Thanks so much!

you can always try boot your phone into safe mode, or trying to run your scan using a different program as well

Ok so I went on my phone this morning and decided to change my wallpaper so I first went to google to get the wallpaper I found the one I wanted so I clicked on it but it sent me to this strange site that was asking me if they could send me notifications so I pressed no because I didn't want any notifications but it kept popping up but I continued to press no but I got so frustrated that I pressed yes but still the question kept popping up so then later at the bottom of my screen it said this site is not safe would you like to block it so then I said yes and tried a new wallpaper app so I got it but it made me download another app so I did so I could get the wallpaper I wanted so then finally the wallpaper downloaded on to my phone so then I just started to play a game on my phone so then while I was playing I checked my notifications but I noticed there were about fifty messages from chrome but they all seemed to be really weird and half of them were saying you have a virus on your phone. Do you know what happened?

I don’t download any apps from outside the playstore. I don’t see anything odd. I use virus scanning apps often. But the phone freezes. Switches itself off and occasionally installs 4 games… they are always the same games. I uninstall them but it makes no difference.

didn't find my issue in this video (phone internet browser locked with one tab message that won't go away and prevents me from using samsung browser. Fixed it by long pressing the internet browser icon on my screen page, chose the option to add a tab, new tab and all tab appears and i was a to x out that locking tab, wallah
