உருளைக்கிழங்கு போண்டா/ சுவையான மசாலா போண்டா || Masala Bonda/ Potato Bonda | Quick and Tasty Snack

In this video, I will be showing you how to make the quick and easy snack Masala/Potato Bonda. Bonda is very easy to make and is a very tasty snack. I have paired this with a ketchup and chilli hot sauce which makes it taste amazing. Please enjoy watching and making this amazing Masala/Potato bonda
Masala/Potato bonda ingredients:
4 potatoes
2 slices of bread
Some oil
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoons
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoons
Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoons
4 sliced garlic pieces
4 sliced green chillies
1 large onion
Some sliced curry leaves
Turmeric powder - just under ¼ teaspoon
Red chilli flakes - 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Some salt
Some black pepper
Batter:
Gram flour - 1 cup
White rice flour - ¼ cup
Some compounded asafoetida powder
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Some water
