Posner Park is just off of I-4 and US 27 in Davenport, Florida. Join me as we drive from 192 (Four Corners area) down US 27 to Posner Park. I tour this shopping village and show you some of the neighborhoods close to Disney. We also talk about recent construction and what may be coming soon.

YES. it is really nice down there. Definitely more away from the disney crowds. I'm working my way that direction. lol. We took Liam to Legoland in January and he loved it.

This is definitely on my list of things to cover again. From I-4 to Clermont has changed so much in the last year.

@ResortTV1Homes as a kid we went to Circus World which was where Best Buy and Books of Million is now at the corner of i4 and 27 and then came Baseball and Boardwalk in the same location. There was nothing nearby at the time. I knew one day that area was gonna grow. I can't believe it.

Yes. It is SOOOO overwhelming. Even after you pick a place, unpack and sit down and then find yourself saying "Now what?" I'm hoping I can help answer some of these questions before the level of frantic sets in. lol.

I'm so glad I can help. Feel free to let me know what questions you have and I can try to answer them, too. There are so many areas and niches here that it can be hard to research from far away. One tip I found when moving is to make a new google maps list of "essential places" that I want or use regularly and see if there is a pattern to them.

I can see why you would say that. It's your typical suburb to a big city - so close, yet so far away. There are enough amenities and restaurants in Champions gate and on 27, so you have your basic living wants met, but often for entertainment people choose to leave town and go toward the theme parks or kissimmee area - hence the traffic.
