Mwaf you need to do some further research on topics such as this. First, CNN is always against trump so that not a great source of information. Second, Trump is interested in American people, so wewe story za ati hako fair towards blacks or migrants haimake sense. Mwaf naeza agree na yeye on most stuff but kwa American politics ako nje kabisa. First of all you don't go to CNN to get your information on politics, there are many other independent political analysts you can get information from. This thing about cops just shooting blacks aimlessly used to happen but is now minimal. A Harvard researcher (black) was silenced and I think lost his job for publishing true statistics of police shooting unarmed black people across the country, very small according to the research. The results were verified by other intellectuals, both blacks and whites.

You've got many friends who've been in the states for years, why not get at least credible info from those whoare there for the longest and have better insight rather than misleading the audience. And you're wrong about DEI, which is about hiring people of colour or from marginalized communities just to fill a quota rather than hiring based on competence and experience.
