Depends if you are shooting guided or unguided missiles. Unguided fly where and on which trajectory launchers fire it. In case of guided missiles it has much less impact on range. Next thing in missile range is payload/fuel ratio. More fuel, bigger range, less payload and vice versa. Also caliber and length of missile matters. Bigger missile means bigger payload/fuel capacity. Note that Himars in this video shoots 610 mm missiles while Tornado-S only 300 mm missiles, so its expected to have less range. But that does not mean Himars is better, it just fulfils different purpose.

the jamming is limited, the himars also has inertial guidance for the exact reason that its GPS could be jammed, it remembers where its supposed to be and guides itself, it has lower accuracy but more accurate than tornado.
