Obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes are huge risk factors for the virus. It seems that people get heavier and eat more poorly every year. Disease that once was found mostly in people over 60 is now common in people in the 40s. Obesity is even common in children today.

Growing up here in the US, we were taught the "Standard Breakfast" which was a big bowl of sugary/starchy breakfast cereal, if the cereal wasn't glazed with sugar you were to put a tablespoon or two of table sugar on it. This was accompanied by fruit, toast, a glass of milk (in addition to the milk on the cereal I think) and an equally big glass of orange juice and Europeans take note here: American orange juice is very strong and syrupy. So the idea is to get kids used to a diet based on sugar and carbohydrates early-on. Also it's really pushed here in the USA that kids hate vegetables. This is not true, at least not in my case, veggies are awesome. But there's so much said about kids (and adults) hating vegetables that it's really common to eat a week of meals with only a few servings of veggies over the whole week. Sugar and carbs are king.

there are three forms of diabetes: 1. genetically triggered insulin deficiency 2 dietary and stress induced metabolic syndrome and 3. medical - a damaged pancreas or pregnancy/gestational triggered pancreas response. - in all three forms of diabetes can dampen the immune system performance and make it easier for a Covid19 infection to progress. Dietary triggered metabolic syndrome is the most common form of diabetes in the USA - Sadly current standard AMA USA medical treatments for T2D only mask the damage caused metabolism syndrome and does not address the causes ... so even with standard treatment T2D in the USA are more at risk.

About ten percent of Americans who see doctors are diabetic. Since most Americans only have health care through work, and all the jobs now are minimum wage, I bet there are a lot more diabetics than reported. Add on the other co-morbidities that usually go along with diabetics and you have your answer.
@answerman9933

What do you mean by all the jobs in America being minimum wage? It is hard for businesses to hire any workers, let alone paying only the federal minimum wage. They may be a lot of people working at the local "minimum wage" that most people are willing to work. But that will still be above mandated minimum wage. Right now, if anyone is working for minimum wage then it is either likely a job that requires absolutely no skills or the person is working illegally.

@Homeless Guy seems to track with the numbers I've seen. Looking at Statistica it seems about 75% of COVID-19 deaths in the US are in the 65 and older cohort. When you add 50 and older, the number is closer to 92% Only about 8% of COVID-19 deaths in the US are in the cohort of people under the age of 50. The numbers I've seen for worldwide figures are as follows: Under 45 = 3.9% 45-64 = 22.4% 65-74 = 24.9% 75+ = 48.7% So depending on where you cut it, ~90% plus are those in the 45 to 50 PLUS age range. Maybe not 80% of 70+, but the idea is there. The deaths are overrepresented in the older cohorts.

The new package of US military assistance to Ukraine costs about $ 150 million and includes 25,000 shells (155 mm), three counter-battery radars, electronic warfare equipment, field equipment and spare parts. This is the 9th batch of American weapons for Ukraine since August 2021. Since the beginning of Biden's presidency, $4.5 billion has been allocated for these purposes, including $3.8 billion since February 24. Resulting in: ▪️ 1.4% - GDP decline in the first quarter of 2022 ▪️ 5.27% - record high mortgage rate since 2009 ▪️ 7.5% - a record drop in labor productivity since 1947 in the first quarter of 2022 ▪️ 8.5% - record inflation since 1981 in March 2022 ▪️ 22.3% - record jump in the trade deficit in March 2022 ▪️ 30% - sharp rise in gas prices in April and an additional 18% - growth in the first days of May 2022 ▪️ 65% - "overheating" real estate markets - the threat of a repeat of the crisis of the American economy in 2008 CONCLUSION: Biden ruined US economy. @@rap3208 Many governmental agencies are not being transparent and government officials deflect in serious discussion on Covid-19. Interestingly ex British Commonwealth countries like UK, India, Canada and Nordic countries like Denmark, Sweden are providing honest assessment of the situation. Large countries like the US, Russia and China seem to be mostly interested in controlling the narrative not the pandemic.

Ageing demographic more 38 year olds than children, in the next 20 years if current trends carry on this will change to 50 . There will not be enough people to look after and support our aging population. How to tackle this problem. In a age where top elites think our planet is over populated and we will be heading towards a more AI manufacturing and service. Eliminating the use of human paid labour. And making it difficult to have children financially and deinsentivising this certainly will negate birthrate. What to do with our burden of old age , this is where COVID comes in it targets the weak and inferm .

Took a class as a school cook years ago, and was shown an 11 year old's heart, who had died from an accident, showing streaks of cholesterol. Also, I was shown a test tube from the same boy's body containing cholesterol. It look just like Crisco. Of course, I was not informed of the boy's diet, but I assume the boy ate a lot of McDonald's food. Parents, cheap food is cheap for a reason!

Type II diabetes is preventable: never eat sugar or processed foods (high in sugar), and limit carbohydrates to one serving per meal (3 meals per day). Sugar meets the definition for a toxin! Keeping active is important too, as is weight management.

Omicron diagnosis as less severe made little sense . As the doctor suggested there was more immunity in the population with omicron . This probably led to less getting vaccinated . I understand the reasoning of hope but it was counterproductive for people when received severe disease where they could have taken better precautions . The bang the drum on the internet to basically go out and get omicron because it was less veralent led to allot of deaths

What is the news from God? No government has ever succeeded in eliminating violence, disease, or death. But there is good news. Shortly, God will replace all human governments with his own government. Its subjects will enjoy peace and good health. -Read Isaiah 25:8; 33:24; Daniel 2:44. God wants people to enjoy life on earth. He created the earth and everything on it because he loves mankind. Soon he will act to provide a better future for people in every land. He will relieve mankind of the causes of suffering. -Read Jeremiah 29:11.

When walking into an unknown terror, missteps and uncertainties are unavoidable. Nothing does more harm to real people than the whining litany of this inescapable stumbling progress by your first speaking doctor. He might as well implore viewers to grab knives and run down the streets stabbing people. Doing that would harm fewer people. It is impossible to support learning by glorifying uncertainties. You, the press, need to grow up.
