I utterly adore Door Kickers, and it's really fun to see them changing things up a lot but keeping the core gameplay recognisable. Probably the smoothest early access I've ever played too, after loads of disappointing games this was such a breath of fresh air. Love the game to bits.

This is literally the perfect sequel to a game. Like there's so much added to the game and scope gets expanded while keeping the basic premise

Bear in mind there was a Door Kickers 1. Which is very, very similar, and worthwhile. Sprite based characters, very similar mechanics, police/SWAT oriented though. So they've already got a running start, to a degree. Worth supporting though. I loved the first one, DK 2 definitely feels more forgiving at the moment.

There's also the fact that you control assault team and they have class IVS or 6b(depending on country classification) armored vests. Russian 6b stops an armored piercing 7.62x54 at 10 meters. American IVS is supposed to be roughly the same. Those vests are too heavy for everyday soldier and patrol use and are reserved specifically for assault teams.

what i did for the market mission (around 4:00) the smoke creates a fuck ton of noise, if heard or seen, civilians will run out of the map ALWAYS. throw smoke into the market, let all the civilians filter out, then set up a firing squad for the dazed insurgents after the fact. after this the noise from the smoke should attract the executioners and such. I killed all insurgents by just setting up shop in the market and they came to me, I did have to clear out the one building to the left when you start though.

Well, I bought this game, done all missions for 3 stars and qualified all rangers for max stats and gave them best gear. Then I tryed coop with one my friend and we done only 2 missions. first one with 2 stars, and another with 1 star. 10/10 game

If there's one gripe I have about this game, it's that the faces you can choose from are just the same few recycled but with beards or glasses added. Though mods will likely change this when support's added, so it's a non-issue.
