As a biological science PhD, but not a PhD in Physics, I find some descriptions of the phenomena quite challenging to follow. British Embassy in Moscow cancer cluster Regarding the microwave beam incidents: Look up information on the British Embassy in Moscow 1960s onwards. The old embassy was opposite the kremlin, I read some information on microwaves being used to interfere with communications. The result was a cancer cluster, apparently.
