If you have the title in your name can you change it to llc without paying the 8% transfer tax?

This is Great, thanks for such an informational video! Let me explain my scenario, and i am on work visa in the USA (non-citizen) invested in Belize. Construction is going, on one of my lots in GBE, lot is on a payment but construction is in progress and going to be completed and put in a market soon in a month or two, Would I be able to sell the property with lot being on mortgage for cash only? How am I going to report the capital gains in USA or in Belize? Would I need to consider something being a non-citizen in USA?

Hey Harish, great question. I highly recommend lining up a call with James and him team with regards to the US capital gains questions. As for the Belize side we don't have capital gains tax here so it won't be a concern. You can sell your lot with financing or without so that will be entirely up to you! Our team can help with that when the time comes.
