USA women looked like they were jogging most of the game. No urgency to get downfield and team work was lacking. Over all good to see young players out there learning. Urgency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This team has plenty of pace and athleticism, but without Morgan out there they have so little quality in the final third. I've watched a few highlights and I don't think I've seen Pugh or Smith make a single quality pass in the attacking third, both their finishing and decision making leave a lot to be desired. The veterans of this team really need to get the younger players to play as more of a cohesive unit because if not, they have no hope of beating other upper tier teams who play together.

Guys....man I don't even know what to say......I guess that the word is levels...men and women are valued equally - but each group has strengths and weaknesses. This week I have been noticing the gap between MLS and the EPL....it's very noticeable and rightly so - I have also been noticing the difference between the women's game in England VS our leagues over here in college and the NWSL - I'm seeing too many wiffs and awful plays to be considered professional as a concept. The positive is there is a lot of room to grow on the women's side - but that's also the downside....people are complaining about money while all of their chances in games like this look.......bad....the women's game needs a lot of hard work and less complaining about why the numbers for viewership are down - create a good product and people get into it - I'm watching Chelsea Ladies team every weekend.
