@@alaricblack9788 sprinters don't need to do distance training because their events are short enough to not ever need the development, they just run almost as fast as they can if some person trains for a sprint race with distance training, he's not gonna be able to run as fast as the people who solely did sprint training

@@kirakirah5480 I'm not a runner, but I think the stability of her head is a large part of it, very little up and down movement which is more efficient and therefore faster --- I think.

@@dutdut2.052 but how it's percieved does. For example, a cat might seem fast against a turtle, but slow against a car. Speed is also something that you can't really tell unless you have things to compare it to.
