I really like the Infographic at the End. It helps tie everything together in one clear summary. That you can look at for refernce when needed.

So easy to conceptualize, so difficult to stick with it. Someday, I'll get it right and make it repeatable. The ADHD makes it easy to start a week this way, perhaps two. And then we relapse into "just getting it done" without the structure until things start suffering again and we find the focus to REstart the rebuilding again. Got to get out of this cycle of repeated great starts, but weak finishes. Everything new is exciting and promises to work out, but then we get distracted as soon the ruts of habit begin to form. I have to find a way to keep the practices until they become habits upon which I can rely. Just as some folks feel hunger differently and have a harder time resisting temptation to excess calories, some of us feel focus/clarity differently. We experience it in a much more fleeting manner, unless we're hyper-focused of course, but the energy level of hyper-focus prevents that from being a constant, or even reliable state. Keep trying is all I can do. I am on an upswing now so this may be of great assistance. thanks.

This is a good way to structure your day. as a self employed it is good to plan your next day the night before so you know what you need to do the next day.

Who also Plans their day in the morning because they would have forgotten about the Goals If they did it before going to bed? I however reflect on my day before I go to bed. I write down what I achived what didn't went well and whatever other thoughts I may have.
