There seems to always be an argument over Constant Light vs Flash. Now, there's nothing wrong with shooting either of them, but they each play a significant role in what you capture. So, my advise? Think about the subject and choose the correct lighting for that subject.
Models, still subjects or a scene where you can use fast shutter speeds to freeze motion? Then Constant light will work fine!
But what happens if you're in an environment where you just can't use a fast shutter speed, such as in very low lighting? Well, flash will absolutely help with that!
