Makes me feel better about my housekeeping business , majority of my clients are single divorced men; they say I’m cheaper than their ex wife and do a better job too 😂 I make really good money and I love knowing I make a difference in my clients life’s by making their lives a little easier . 💕

Business is about creating value for the customer and it sounds like you do that. Thinking out aloud maybe that is your target market, single and divorced men. The value is them not having to worry about cleaning maintaining the house cleaning,meals,general administration so they can focus on their work .

To make this even more personal. The ELF qualities should be weighted to what is most important to you. All qualities are not weighted the same. But it’s good exercise nonetheless, and eons more than what most early entrepreneurs or fake preneurs do.

Thats all great but the most important thing to consider is your personal situation. I mean, if you are a project & sales manager in a welding company, you know alot about welding and probably absolutely nothing about running only fans chicks. The things you might be able to build a business from are most likely the things you are already in contact with. Its not a coincidence that Rich set up a company dealing with credit card debt, considering his background. Ofc once you are well connected and experienced you might start something completely new. But even then you probably get some expert from a closely related business in. So if you are a young guy your best bet is to work with people who are doing what you want to do. So if you want to run an only fans some day, it wouldnt be a bad idea to work in night clubs / adult spaces. You meet guys with experience and women who want to do it. But that means you will have to hold a job for at least a couple of years. Dont expect to get rich as a 21 year old on selling some glove on Amazon.

Exactly this. I’m extensively experienced in an industry that Rich would flip out over the idea of starting a business in due to the insane regulations and politics, but I know the ins and outs and am willing to deal with the increased difficulty

QUESTION: Rich: I haven't heard of a way to protect your current & future assets prior to marriage??---Seems if a business/home/etc were either in a trust or had multiple "paper " owners...Would be unreachable by a spouse or any other litigation. Yes/No??

What Caribbean places have you been? Lol I’ve been to a few and they are like Hawaii with beaches and also City metro areas so idk where you got the idea that Cars are dirty and sh!t. There are many rich areas with expensive cars too, many rich guys from the States buy houses for Vacations or to travel around.

One way to improve Rich's method of analysis is to include adding "weighting" to each row so one can favour certain business features over others. And another feature could be the barrier to entry for competitors.

I think welding is scored a little low. There's mobile welding as well and welding doesn't always mean heavy metal and there's so many different kinds of welding. I also am not an expert on it, was a machinist for 10 years working hand and hand with welders.

I have a topic to talk about: Foreign women vs American women... This Brazilian I been talking too seems to be all for wanting to please and satisfy me. She has her green card and doesn't need me for papers. Treats me surprisingly good, wants to cook, clean and massage me either on command or without me having to say anything. However, has 2 kids and is 38yrs old. Goal oriented and is beautiful. Almost like a unicorn but what's your take on foreign women vs American women

All the “Biz qualities” should be weighted differently. You can have 10s across the board but if your margins are 0, you have a bad business.

The kind of douche that drives a Jeep and goes to the gym bringing a 2lb protein jug in his bag and drinking pre-workout DURING the workout along with 2 pairs of shoes. Old as hell, still trying to act relevent. Nothing wrong with being old....but damn older people now need to act their age.
