thanks for these. i need daily dose of motivational videos to keep me awake going forward. im talking to myself loud, whenever im alone - or at least i think im alone, i do that. sometimes when a random person appears when im loud talking to myself, the same voice in my head thinks "why am i doing that am i crazy?". but i cant help myself :)

This is meanful, i actually sometimes have negative thoughts in my mind about what i did in past, which i should or shouldn't do. It is hard to get them out.

most fearful thoughts that my mind gets to, are that there is smth in darkness and i need a weak source of constant light to keep these thoughts away, when i go to sleep. is there any advice for this?
