I was actually searching to see what trees I needed to keep because I also do not like having so many! Thanks for the tip. I need hardwood for friends for crafting projects but hardwood isn’t as easy to get since it doesn’t spawn as much but having more trees that spawn hardwood closer to you is great.

Amazing, I was struggling to get hardwood for Minnie Mouse and this helped. A bit weird having little to no trees at first but getting used to it.

A good alternative for softwood in the plaza is to use the small decorative topiary trees you find in the plaza originally. They spawn lots of softwood and then you don't need big trees taking up space there. And thank you for the hardwood tip!

Loved this video. I needed that clarification with wood types spawning from specific trees or not. Would you be able to do a video on pebbles. I didn't have many, don't know where then generate and really want to make a zen garden but it requires crazy amounts of pebbles 🥺

Pebbles come from digging holes. You get soil, clay or pebbles

@@chuladom23 I don't know off the top of my head, but you should be able to see which biome they spawn in from the collections menu.

Can you do this for dark wood? I put a lot of the sinister trees around, but no dark wood dropping.

Yes, you can do this trick in any biome. Put about 5 plaza trees and get rid of the others.

Great tip. I also dislike all of those trees. I am claustrophobic and I hate the trapped in feeling of all of the trees.

I hated all the trees because they kept blocking my view. Especially when seeking out critters to feed. Forest of valor and the Forgotten lands was the most difficult to maneuver around due to those stupid trees.

Oooh I added more trees to my forest thinking it would spawn more wood, but all it did was spread them out more and make it harder. 😭 Glad I can finally yoink them out, they were annoying

I also cant get wood to spawn after doing this. I am trying different trees and restarted, waited a day and still no wood spawning under trees

You have to remove all the trees in the entire biome. The ones on the other side that are blocked off as well. Do that and then collect the wood that dropped over there by using the well trick. After all trees and wood are gone, it will start spawning under the trees you place :)

Someone please tell me how to get that gorgeous purple sinister tree 😍🥺 I've pretty much almost completed the game so far, I'm like 2-3 levels off and I don't have many quests left as nearly all my characters are maxed out, I'm on Xbox and I don't seem to have that tree at all, help please my fave colour is purple 🥰

Wood spawns in specific biomes. Check the collections to see where They spawn. I also recommend planting 6 trees just in case

those small plaza trees spawn softwood....fir spawns hardwoord.........what other trees spawn what wood, is there a website that tells me what trees spawn what wood?

Tree type doesn’t matter. Only biome does

Some of the preset original trees are bigger than any you can place. Frosted heights snowy firs for example. Much taller. Dont delete just shift or shuffle them around somewhere else

Not actually accurate as i found out you just have to keep resellecting them to scroll through the sizes
