I fear for my team but what a privilege to be part of this and see such unbelievable teams playing in South Africa.

The Bulls have come a long way under Jake. Anything might happen, but this group of young players are going to go very far, regardless. I for one am excited for the future.

@@megafoonsport Me too. I have been following schoolboy rugby very closely for more than a decade and the talent is insane. There is a tsumani coming, especially with so many more non white players starting to perform at the highest level of schoolboy rugby. My only concern is how we are going to keep the talent in South Africa to benifit our URC teams. We need these kids to get opportunities and game time. It is no good to sit in a Bulls squad of 60 players and you never get a game. Maybe we need the Currie Cup to involve these players that don't get the game time at their URC teams.

@@wlk2408 We'll see a lot of these players play in the Currie Cup. Jake has planned very carefully for this, including the 8 weeks leave and everything. It will be another step towards building the depth needed to participate in two huge tournaments: URC and Champions Cup.

@@megafoonsport I hope it works. When you look the depth the top URC teams have it is unbelievable. In all our SA URC sides combined we have 963 caps, just Leinster has 941 Irish and Lions caps in their squad of 45. It is going to take time for us to get there. Three of the four teams in the URC with the least amount of internasional caps in their squads are South African teams. We have to fix that. There were a 114 South Africans playing for European and Japanese clubs in the URC, Gallagher Premiership, French Top 14 and Japanese League One at the beginning of this season. We need to find a way to keep more of them in South Africa.
