Can this work with cabochons as well? Not for forming but for adding a higher shine? At times I get one that just does not have a pretty finish

Hi, which 3M brushes would you recommend to remove multiple scratches, and then polish a stainless steel watch case that also has semi-precious stones? The watch is a Michele Extreme Fleur. Here is a link to the watch I would like to restore. I am not sure where to start, any advice would be profoundly appreciated. Thanks!
