Using a CAT 289D Skid Steer to Dig a Basement??

Very good! I think people underestimate skid steers. I've dug a basement with a 763 bobcat. Not my first choice but got the job done.

Nice work but that it stinks you had to do it that way. I normally use a 655k Deere machine but have dug many with a Link Belt 80 (9T excavator) and a 259d
