You also got to consider that the game engine as well. The game engine, even on a beefy computer, will lag which indicates the devs needs to upgrade the engine to further support much more physical objects being moved around.

There's a physics gun that is much better than the gravity gun, and it works exactly like it does in Gmod. It's for the unofficial teardown mod framework so just look up "teardown umf examples" and click the two github links. It's pretty easy to install as well, just check the readme
