In response to looking down or bowing head, I recently heard a minister make the comment about bowing down your head has been a tradition because of looking down to your core where Holy Spirit resides on the inside of us as opposed to looking up to heaven like He is Up there somewhere and needs to come down.

Spiritual energy At the end of prayer one day I looked up towards heaven from the floor. I asked GOD for energy for the day by faith. Right away a mist in the spirit realm dropped on me from above . I got up and had a lot of energy until the evening and felt it leave in the evening So I could relax and sleep at night. What an awesome GOD! HE is very practical.sometimes I look up and most of the time I look into my spirit down deep in my belly. You can draw spiritual power into your body and get strength by faith. I have done it four times now at will by faith. The kingdom of GOD is also inside. Out of the belly shall flow... practice practice. Practice by faith! I want to understand HOW to speak in tongues. I need a lesson on HOW. Where does one begin? What does it sound like? I don't even know what to ask about it. I just don't understand it.
