Hi Lou and fellow enthusiasts, I'd like to clear up a couple things, but for now I'm only talking about bi-wiring a loudspeaker. Bi-wiring is simply using 2 wires for a signal path, between two points where 1 wire would normally suffice. The debate, whether 2 is better than 1, I'm not discussing here now. Below I describe just one bi-wiring connection but there are a couple of others. If the amplifier has speaker terminals A & B than 1 two conductor wire can go from amp speaker terminal A to the single loudspeaker terminal & a 2nd 2 conductor wire from amp speaker terminal B to the same single loudspeaker terminal. If the amp has only 1 speaker terminal per channel than both 2 conductor wires are twisted together into the same terminal. That pair goes to a loudspeaker with 2 terminals and a jumper in between. The jumper is removed and 1 pair goes to the upper and one pair goes to the lower loudspeaker terminal. And then there's vice-versa. All these bi-wiring methods are electrically IDENTICAL. Amp terminals A or A & B are the same except the wires are "jumpered" and switched internally. Bi-wired loudspeakers with 2 terminals A & B are also the same except the wires are "jumpered" internally whether the stock strap jumper is there or not. Point being, bi-wiring has nothing to do with stereo amps. mono amps. dual mono amps, balanced amps, differential amps or bi-amping. Acid Jazz, Funk & Brass 🔈🔉🔊

To bi-wire a loudspeaker that has 1 pair of inputs with a stereo power amplifier having 1 pair of outputs for each channel requires 2 lengths of 2 conductor cable and having both pair of plugs share the respective outlets.
